About the event
In this class, you will learn 2 Tunisian classics. We’ll start with a Tuna brick (onions, eggs and tuna with oriental spices wrapped in filo pastry and deep fried) followed by a Meatball couscous (beef meatballs cooked in mixed spices and vegetables) served with semolina (also know as couscous)
Complimentary traditional mint tea served.
