In this class, you will learn the French classic beef stew Boeuf Bourguignon, slow cooked in a red wine sauce with carrots and onions, served with an amazing potato gratin, the Gratin Dauphinois.
Option to substitute beef for mushrooms if you are vegetarian (please let us beforehand).
This mouth watering dish will be followed by a delicate chocolate mousse.
